At Metal Men Mechanical, our custom sheet metal fabrication capabilities extend well beyond standard HVAC ductwork. We produce the one-off and specialty items that contractors need to complete their installations — the components that cannot be ordered from a catalog.

Our HVAC specialty fabrication covers plenums for air handling units and fan coil units, mixing boxes and volume control enclosures, equipment curb adapters for rooftop unit installations, fresh air intakes and exhaust louver connections, duct silencer housings, and filter rack enclosures.

Each component is fabricated to your submitted dimensions using the material and gauge specified for the application. We work from your drawings or field measurements to produce components that fit precisely in the intended location.

Beyond HVAC components, we fabricate sheet metal items for general building construction. Equipment enclosures and housings, drip pans and condensate trays, pipe and conduit covers, access panels and doors, wall and ceiling chases, and equipment support platforms are all within our fabrication capability.

Our fabrication shop processes a wide range of sheet metals including galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel (black iron), and copper. Standard processing capabilities include shearing, braking, rolling, punching, plasma cutting, welding (MIG, TIG, and spot), and forming.

For projects requiring specific material properties — corrosion resistance, food-grade surfaces, high-temperature ratings, or architectural finishes — we select and source appropriate materials to meet the application requirements. Our team can advise on material selection when specifications are not clear or when value engineering options are available.
